PACT
PACT – Partners And Community TogetherPACT is a forum in which members of the public, representatives of organisations, clubs, schools, the Police and local authority services - anybody in fact with a genuine interest in the well being of our community - can get together to plan and carry out activitie of value to the community.
These are the activities that are currently planned:
A Litter Pick on Sunday March 7th starting at 10.30am at the Community Centre, provided it is a dry day. It will finish at noon. Previous litter picks have collected an amazing amount and variety of rubbish from our roads.
A meeting about Neighbourhood Watch has been arranged for Thursday 18th March at Kempsey Community Centre, Room 1, at 7.30pm with tea/coffee from 7pm. Adrian Symonds will be talking about the Neighbourhood Watch and Paul Leopold about smart water (if Paul is not available then somebody else will substitute). The purpose of this meeting is to stimulate interest in extending the local coverage of Neighbourhood Watch.
The next PACT meeting is due to be held on Tuesday 20th April at 7.30pm at Kempsey Community Centre with tea/coffee available from 7pm.
