Kempsey Post Office

Who would like to run the post office?

We have the site, the building and the money for a sub post office at the Community Centre in Kempsey, but we do not have the people to run it.
A sub post master (male or female) and an assistant are needed. The position might suit a couple who could provide back-up to one another.
The task is initially for limited hours, totalling up to 20 hours per week between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, but with scope to increase the hours as and when the business justifies it.
Remuneration is by basic payment by the Post Office supplemented by bonuses for the sale of Post Office financial products. All the costs of maintaining the post office building and its equipment are being met by the Parish Council.
If you are interested in contributing to the well being of Kempsey by filling a much needed gap in the vital services of the village and the surrounding area, please contact Kempsey Parish Council for further information at The Parish Office, The Community Centre, Main Road, Kempsey, WR6 3LQ or by email to: kempseyparishcouncil@btinternet.com or by contact through the Hub
