The Parish Council Office is located at the rear of The Community Centre. Office hours for the receipt of telephone calls are 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday to Friday of each week. The Parish Office is now open to the public on only Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 11.00 a.m. and 12 noon. Outside these hours, messages may be left on the office answering machine and will be dealt with when the Clerk is next on duty.

Parish Council Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m. at Kempsey Community Centre. Parishioners may address the council during the Democratic Half Hour at the start of each monthly meeting.

Parish Council Committees and Appointments to outside bodies

The following Councillors have been elected to be the chairperson of Committees:

1. Commons and Hams Committee: Mr J. Michael

2. Environment Committee: Ms M. A. Baker . All enquiries on planning matters should be directed to the Parish Office.

3. Recreation Committee: Mrs C Campbell and Mrs P Gerrard

4. Community Centre Committee: Mr T. Ward
