We have received confirmation that Vistry have submitted a Reserved Matters application for Phase 1b of the Worcester South Urban Extension (Hopfields). Phase 1b is located to the south of Taylors Lane and east of the Bath Road (A38).

This site already benefits from outline planning permission granted in 2022. As such, this application seeks approval of the detailed design, layout and landscaping of the development and does not increase the number of homes already approved. The proposals comprise 246 homes, including 20% affordable housing, alongside extensive public open space and children's play areas.

A website has been provided, which contains more details: Worcester South Urban Extension. Once the application has been validated, a link will be added to the Council’s page so that additional plans can be accessed. The Project Website will be kept up to date as progress is made.
