Home composting campaign in Malvern Hills District

Compost bins are subsidised by the County Council and available to residents of Herefordshire and Worcestershire from 9.50 (plus 5.99 delivery) by visiting or by calling 0844 571 4444.

The waste compositional analysis conducted by MEL in Malvern in 2010 demonstrated that more than 25% of residual waste collected from kerbside properties, (i.e. black sacks) could have been composted at home.

The campaign is being carried out in partnership with Malvern Hills District Council.
