South Worcestershire Development Plan Review - Examination Arrangements

The Hearing sessions for the Examination into the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review will commence at 09:30am on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at Worcester Guildhall, High Street, Worcester WR1 2EY. The Secretary of State has appointed Planning Inspectors Philip Lewis MA MRTPI and Elaine Worthington MTP MUED MRTPI IHBC to conduct the examination and to establish whether the plan is sound and complies with the relevant legislation.
Anyone can attend the Hearings but only those who previously made representations seeking to change the Plan, including the Parish Council, have a right to take part.
The deadline for the Parish Council to ask to participate is 31 January 2025.
The deadline for the Parish Council to make any further written submissions is 11 February 2025.
The Parish Council is deciding the most appropriate course of action to take to safeguard the interests of the parish and its residents.
