" Situated in the centre of the pretty village of Kempsey, Painters Cottage is an extensive seventeenth century property retaining many original period features, which has been sympathetically adapted to provide a homely and welcoming childcare setting.

At Painters Cottage we recognise the importance of early education in a child’s development. The emphasis is on free play, structured activities and learning to lay the foundation for later school and to introduce the children to early numeracy, literacy and simple scientific investigation. The children experience art, craft, music, dance, local visits and walks. Our aim is to provide a centre of excellence in Nursery care and education in a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment."
